De Tweekoppige Phoenix Specials
The Tweekoppige Phoenix Specials are produced from start to finish in our distillery. This means that the entire process – from the selection of raw materials to distillation, maturation, and bottling – is carried out in-house.
The selection includes various types of distillates, such as eau de vie, whisky, and brandy. Each product is made with specific ingredients and maturation techniques, such as ex-Bourbon or Burgundy casks, and has its own unique flavour profile.
These specials are released in small batches and are intended for those interested in traditionally crafted, characterful spirits.
